CD SUNDAY CHALLENGE - MAJESTY

Good morning everyone and welcome to another challenge from us all at

Today is a special day for our own lovely CAROL
Today Carol is celebrating her 70th Birthday and I know you will join us in wishing her
A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY

CAZ has chosen the theme for your challenge this week, which is
MAJESTY

MARGARET continues as our Guest Designer for April and when you pop over to her blog you will see a beautifully designed card, so fitting for the challenge.

On to my DT Card which you can see below

RECIPE

My favourite 6 x6 Scalloped Card Blank
I added a beautiful paper from Joanna Sheen's Jayne Netley Mayhew CD
This is also the matching BP for the main image
I think that Lions are truly majestic as well as being the king of the jungle.
It is printed onto Glossy Photo Paper.
I have been checking what I have in the way of supplies here in Spain and came across these two lovely embossed pieces of card at the bottom of my craft tote.
Both pieces are from the Co-ordinations range and the die cut is a Spellbinders Die - Lacey Squares.
This was already embossed and sanded to show the hidden core colour.

I hope you will join us again this week, thanks for your lovely entries last week. I certainly enjoyed visiting you and leaving comments. This is the best part of being a DT as we pick up ideas and also learn about new CD's, we can never have too many

Just remember to use a CD somewhere in your design and let us know which it is you have used.

Do pop over and visit my fellow teamie's blogs,  you won't be disapointed.

CD SUNDAY CHALLENGE - WONDERFUL WINGS

Good morning to you all and welcome to our latest challenge over at
Carol certainly set you a challenge last week with her choice of
Land of the Pharaohs, however you came up trumps and produced some lovely designs.
This week it is Jenny's turn to choose and she decided to go with
Wonderful Wings

MARINA continues as our Guest Designer for March and she has done you and us proud yet again.
Do visit her blog to see what she has to say for this week.

My DT Card is shown below

RECIPE
All the images are from Joanna Sheen's Jayne Netley Mayhew's CD

I wasn't sure what to do, so for a change I chose several different images to showcase my
Wonderful Wings.

My images have been taken into CAP2, resized and added at angles to make a collage.
The central image of a Humming Bird is from the Bookmark section. I added a few pink gems for a little sparkle.
My backing paper is by Wild Rose Studio - Butterfly Glade Paper Pack - PP033
This was matted onto a 6x6 Scalloped Card Blank and my main image attached to the paper.

I hope you will join us again this week as I love looking at your blog's and leaving you comments.
My fellow teamies, all have different takes on the theme so pop over to see their designs, you won't be disapointed.

CD SUNDAY CHALLENGE

Good morning fellow bloggers, I am still without an Internet connection so my special friend is allowing me to use their connection.
Apologies for my lack of leaving comments on your entries for our Trees challenge, I promise I will comment as soon as I am back online.
Our challenge on CD SUNDAY this week is
'ON SAFARI'

My DT Card for this week is shown below

I created an A4 Landscape Card using a backing paper from Jayne Netley Mayhew Collection CD from Joanna Sheen
I chose 2 images from the same CD to add to the design.
The Leopard image as been added to a Spellbinders Lacey Square Die which is cut using a beautiful copper card from my stash
My cute Tiger Cub is sitting on a Tim Holtz Flourish Die Cut' with added Gold Gems.

I hope you will join in with us again this week, please remember to use a little something from a CD in your design.
Do pop over and take a look of the lovely creations from my fellow teamies, stunning as usual.
