Harlequin Rose with Ranger Inks

My 2nd card started off with a piece of Glossy Card which I had brayered using Adirondack Ink - Oregano. I then stamped the image from my Harlequin Rose Themeplate using Black Stazon. As I was pleased with the effect, I decided not to colour the image but to highlight the edges by sponging with Ranger Ink - Tattered Rose. This was mounted onto my 5x5 card blank which I had previously colour washed using Peeled Paint by Ranger. To complete the black theme, I wrapped black organza ribbon around the card.

Meet Emmy's Friend Eva

I have been making a few cards over the last few days which I would like to share with you, the first one is called Eva and is from Cuddly Buddly. The image was one I had received from Lorraine who continues to encourage me in doing 'cute'. Eva has been coloured using Lyra Crayons, them mounted onto an irredescant card with had been put through my Cuttlebug folder 'Script'. The whole thing was mounted onto a 5x5 card blank which had previously been covered with Papermania Creative Tones - Amethyst. Just to add a finishing touch I attached a satin flower and brad from my craft stash.
