Good morning to you all and welcome to our latest challenge over at
Thank you for all your entries in last weeks challenge, I enjoyed visiting you all and leaving you comments. It will be hard to choose my TOP 3 but choose I must, so pop back next Sunday to see who will win a little something from me.
Unfortunately we are still without our lovely
Wendy, if you are reading this Wendy, love and hugs from us all.
We are having a month with just us the Design Team and it is
Joceyln's turn to choose this week and she has decided to go
'STRIPEY'
My DT Card is below
RECIPE
My usual 6 x 6 Scalloped Blank which has been edged with Pan Pastels.
The backing paper is from a Bearly Mine CD I have had for some time.
I used one of my latest Tonic Dies - LOVE ARCH SQUARES for a mat and applied the same colour Pan Pastel to give the main image some depth.
This is a beautiful DVD with lots of superb artwork.
I printed the Squirrels eating the nuts from the basket onto Matte Photo Paper. I do like the effect this paper gives.
Quite an easy card to make and I do like the overall effect.
I hope you will join in with us again, just remember to use something from a CD in your design and tell us which CD you have used.
Do take a moment to visit my fellow Design Teams blog and read what they had created for you this week.
I am entering this design into a new to me challenge blog, called
Their theme this week is
Pretty Pastels

I like this Christine and I could even be persuaded to buy the odd Tonic die if you keep showing them to me in such a pretty way.

I love this card Christine. We have lots of Grey Squirrels near to where we live. The dog thinks it's great fun to try and chase them up the tree, until he discovers he can't quite make it.

It's a lovely seasonal image Christine - and that Tonic die must be enormous - and fabulous. Great card.

A beautiful card Christine. what a brilliant idea to colour the white card with pan pastels. That would have been just right for my card. Idea now stored in brain - I hope. x
I love those cheeky little squirrels Christine and that Tonic die is fabulous!
