Challenge 36 at Crafty Ann's

This is a first for me, 2 challenge cards in 1 day.
I am trying to enter a few more of my blogging friends challenges and this one is for
Crafty Ann's challenge this week, which is
Sketch or Spring or combine both
Here is my card

RECIPE:

6 x 6 Scalloped Card Blank
Backing Paper - Mottled Stone Collection 1 from Crafty Ann's Digi Shop
Shapeabilities Pendants Die - Fleur De Lis & Lotus
Silkies in shades of Pink Lace, Blue Brocade & Sunset Satin
Martha Stewart Deep Edge Punch
Gems
Fabric Rose

I put a few drops of the silkies onto my craft mat, spritzed with water then swooshed a piece of Glossy Card over the mat to pick up the colour.
Once this had dried I used the Fleur De Lis Die to cut out the shape.
The centres are from the Lotus Die to which I have added a fabric rose.
Pink gems and a few punched flowers complete my card.

Thanks for taking the time to look at my blog and I appreciate any comments you may wish to leave.

Lovely centre piece to your card Christine. The die cut is so nice and I would not have thought of using my silkies on gloss card before cutting ouy. looks great. Thank you for joining in with Crafty Ann's challenge this week.
