Just in time for Frankie's challenge this week, which was China Blue - Oriental.
My background has been sprayed using Cosmic Shimmer Mists in shades of Aqua Lagoon & Midnight Blue which I then stippled to give more of a speckled effect. My stamps are from The Stampman - Japanese Minis designed by Kay Carley and Habico Chinese Flowers 2 set. I added a pale blue bow to which I attached a blue gemstome.
