CD SUNDAY CHALLENGE - A LA MODE

Well, I know it is Wednesday and this post should have been done on Sunday but you wouldn't believe the trouble I am having with the Internet here in Spain (Almost wish I was back home lol)

At CD Sunday this week as you already know we have a fantastic Sponsor, Ooh-la-la and also a new Guest Designer, Jen of Timeout Crafting who is returning to us for this month.

I am keeping my post short and not doing my usual links as the connection could go down at any time.

I chose 'Hydrangea Blue' design from the latest Shoe's in Bloom part 2 CD.

Ooh la la are giving a prize of any of their CD's to one lucky person chosen by Random Selection so check back on Sunday 12th to see if you are the lucky winner.

I used a 'Turn Back Page' to make my card and added pyramage but kept flat for postage purposes.

The Bow and Happy Birthday Sentiment are from the Embellishment Section of the CD.

I line of blue ribbon has been attached to the top of the card as a finishing touch.

Good morning to you all, apologies once again for this late posting. Our nephew was here last week which meant I had no time for crafting. Fortunately the rest of my Teamies at CD Sunday understand and my connection doesn't help as it is very slow.

CD SUNDAY CHALLENGE - ZODIAC

I am having so much trouble with my connection here in Spain so apologies if you popped by yesterday and nothing was showing.

We continue with our lovely Guest Designer - Beryl and she has created another beautiful design for you.

I chose to use LIBRA as this is my Birthday Sign.

Image has been matted onto Spellbinders Labels 23 which in turn is matted onto beautiful paper from PAM LEFORS. Pam has some wonderful designs and is currently offering discount of up to 50% on some of her designs. Well worth a visit to see what she has to offer.

My swirls are a new purchase of Memory Box Dies - AIMRA FLOURISH which can be cut in half as shown on my card.

Good morning to you all, what a week I have had but at last I have been able to load my DT card for this weeks challenge over at CD SUNDAY

It is my turn to choose your theme for this week and between the site internet connection and blogger throwing a wobbly I thought I may not be able to join you.

We still have our lovely Guest Designer - Beryl with us, so do pop over to her blog and see what she designed this week.

To finish my design beautiful rainbow ribbon has been added to both sides of the card, another purchase which came this week.

NEW YEAR - NEW BLOG CHALLENGE

Today see's the start of a New Challenge Blog which is being run by a very good friend of mine, Deb's Mitchell  and I am delighted to say I was asked to be part of her Design Team.

Sadly I am unable to take part this month as I am waiting for Inks to arrive from England. You may know that I am spending the winter months in Spain, however be assured I will be joining in with the rest of the Design Team from February.


Some of my fellow teamie's I know already but some are new to me, however I am certain that as we contribute during the year they will become valued friends.
