My Trip to A&E

I have nothing new to show in the way of cards but maybe that will change over the next few days. Yesterday I fell down 3 steps of the stairs as I was foolishly try to carry the hoover complete with attachments upstairs.
Result, I ended up having to go A&E by Ambulance as I was unable to put any weight on my left leg.
Outcome is, nothing broken, possible slight fracture and my leg is in a splint and I am using crutches to get around the house.
Good reason to make a few cards.
I have been blog hopping although I haven't left many comments, naughty me!!
So today I will be visiting my favourite bloggers and catching up with you all

UPDATE

Hospital rang to say they are arranging for a CT Scan and to have my leg in plaster tomorrow

FURTHER UPDATE 4TH NOVEMBER

Back from hospital having had a CT Scan plus my leg in Plaster, did get to choose the plaster colour - I chose PURPLE, I wonder why.

I have been told NOT to put any weight on my leg, so I am hopping about and getting nowhere fast.

Plaster is on for 6 weeks, so OH is in charge of shopping, cooking etc.

2nd WOJ Card

My 2nd card and a complete change of colour for me.

Again a 5.25 square card covered with Basic Grey Paper - Scarlet's Letter range. Image has been coloured with my latest colours of Promarkers and are an usual choice of colours for me, but then I have to experiment LOL.

A strip of Bronze card from my stash was added to one side and flowers in 3 colours from Prima complemented the backing paper.

Not sure if this is really me, but with practice and experimenting I am sure I will improve.

1st of 2 New WOJ Cards

This is the first of two of my latest cards using WOJ stamps and Promarkers.

Using a 5.25 square card I covered the front with papers from my Papermania stash. The image was coloured using various shades of blue from the Promarker range. I mounted the image onto blue card which had been through my Cuttlebug Swiss Dots Folder. The butterfly is a grand adhesion from K&Co and flowers from Prima finish off the design
